Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. We do not offer refunds on the grounds of an itinerary suggesting activities that a customer may personally not want to do. When purchasing an itinerary from Global Travel Itineraries, you accept that the activities suggested are final and uneditable. As the user of the itinerary, you can choose to follow it as closely as you want. For instance, you may choose to book your own hotel based on additional research, spend longer at a specific destination or activity, or skip an activity altogether. The choice is yours – our Itineraries are designed to be a helpful reference and not a strict guide!
